Dan Scholze is a South Florida construction professional with over eight years of combined experience across finance, accounting, project engineering, estimating, and FF&E procurement. Having worked directly inside some of the most prominent development and construction firms in Florida, Dan has occupied roles on both sides of the owner-contractor relationship and across multiple project types, from hotel ground-ups and luxury high-rise condominiums to custom single-family estate homes.

His career spans FF&E Project Management, Project Engineering on large-scale condo developments, Commercial Estimating across all CSI divisions, and Project Accounting — giving him a rare, ground-level view of how all the pieces of the construction industry fit together.

Dan holds a Degree in Finance and has worked on projects throughout Palm Beach, Miami-Dade, Broward, and beyond.
